I believe sugar is toxic and addictive, and that it’s destroying our collective health. My dream is for you to live sugar-free.

To inspire you, I’m avoiding all added sweeteners, natural or artificial, including honey, stevia, maple syrup and more (see the complete list).  I hope my journey, plus the resources and recipes I offer here, will encourage you to try sugar-free living too.
